1. Tell us in 5 words who Sherleen and Caleb are?
Sherleen: Passionate, Meticulous, Maternal, Problem solving, Creative
Caleb: Passionate, Hardworking, Ambitious, Family Oriented, Innovative
2. What is the genesis of your business? How did you get started and why?
Our business started with a conversation between Caleb and one of our previous directors. We found that there was a lack of affordable local cuisine, so we wanted to showcase creole food with a gourmet twist.
3. Why the name Callelujah?
Initially our name was to be Dasheen, however there was a business already registered in that name. We then went back to the drawing board and brainstormed the combination of Hallelujah (word of praise and worship) with callaloo.
4. What are some of the services you provide?
Cafeteria Management, Weddings, Conferences & Workshops, Personalized Chef Service, Cocktail Receptions
5. What are some of your milestones to date?
Serving the President of the Republic Trinidad & Tobago.
Meeting and serving Dr. Slinger Francisco at his cheque signing ceremony on March of 2016

7. What is your advice to other entrepreneurs?
Don’t give up! It will be hard, you will feel scared, hopeless and demotivated at times, but don’t give up and always remember… multiple streams of income.
